FAQs

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change an address once an order has been confirmed and processing of the order has begun. In some cases, there may be an opportunity to change address for a short time after the order has been placed.

How do I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible for customers to cancel an order.

Please contact us at nadine@noahsadventures.ie before the order is dispatched, and we can cancel and refund the order for you.

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries within Ireland:
Most orders will be delivered in 2 working days. An Post deliver all our books and they deliver Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. Saturday and Sunday are not working days therefore are not included within the delivery timeframe. 

If you have opted to deliver your order to a country other than Ireland, the delivery times will vary to that above.

UK – up to 6 working days
Europe – up to 7 working days
USA & Canada – up to 10 working days
Rest of World – up to 12 working days

If your order should have been delivered by now, and hasn’t been, you can email us at nadine@noahsadventures.ie and we will look into it for you.

Do you offer discounts for schools, libraries, or bulk orders?

We love working with schools, libraries, and community groups! Please reach out to us at nadine@noahsadventures.ie for information on bulk pricing and educational bundles. Alternatively you can also order through IES.

Can I send a book bundle directly as a gift? Will a receipt with prices be included?

Yes! You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. We do not include price receipts in our packages, so your gift will arrive clean and surprise-ready.
Email us once you have have placed your order, and we can even gift wrap it!

What age group are Noah’s Adventures books for?

Our picture books are perfect for young and old, but ideally suited for children aged 3 to 7 years old. They are perfect for reading aloud to younger toddlers, and great for early readers who are starting to explore books on their own!
