FAQS

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries within Ireland:
Most orders will be delivered in 2 working days. An Post deliver all our books and they deliver Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. Saturday and Sunday are not working days therefore are not included within the delivery timeframe. 

If you have opted to deliver your order to a country other than Ireland, the delivery times will vary to that above.

UK – up to 6 working days
Europe – up to 7 working days
USA & Canada – up to 10 working days
Rest of World – up to 12 working days

If your order should have been delivered by now, and hasn’t been, you can email us at nhughescampbell@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change an address once an order has been confirmed and processing of the order has begun. In some cases, there may be an opportunity to change address for a short time after the order has been placed.

How do I Cancel an Order?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible for customers to cancel an order.
