Nadine Hughes Campbell is an award-winning Irish children’s author and the creator of Noah’s Adventures, a travel-inspired picture book series that sparks curiosity, celebrates diversity, and nurtures a love of adventure in young readers.

Originally from Montréal, Canada, Nadine now proudly calls Cork, Ireland home. A fateful journey brought her to the Emerald Isle. Her path to becoming a children’s author began when she noticed a stark lack of representation in children’s literature, particularly stories that reflected the identity of her own child, a proud Black Irish Leanbh (lan-ee - child).

Determined to create a more inclusive literary landscape, she penned Noah’s Adventures. Her mission was simple yet profound: to publish inclusive picture books where every child, regardless of background, can see themselves represented as the hero of the story.

Through each beautifully illustrated book, Nadine brings vibrant destinations to life, from local journeys in Cork, Kerry, and Galway, to international travels in Berlin.
