Meet The Author

Nadine Hughes Campbell is the author of Noah’s Adventure, a travel-inspired children’s book series that sparks curiosity, celebrates diversity, and nurtures a love of adventure in young readers.

Originally from Montréal, Nadine now calls Cork, Ireland, home after a fateful journey brought her to both the Emerald Isle and her Irish husband. Her passion for writing began when she noticed a lack of representation in children’s literature, particularly stories that reflected her own son, a proud Black Irish boy. Determined to change this, she created Noah’s Adventure, a collection of inclusive picture books where every child can see themselves in the story.

Through each book, Nadine brings destinations to life, helping children explore culture, community, and the wider world with joy and imagination. The series has been recognized internationally, shortlisted for literary awards, stocked in leading retailers, and featured at major literary festivals.

When she’s not writing children’s books, Nadine can usually be found with a hot cup of tea in hand, exploring bookstores, or planning her next adventure (all in the name of research, of course!)
